Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items are unused and in original packaging
• All tags and labels are intact
• Items are not damaged due to customer misuse
• Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Soil and growing media that has been opened
• Live plants and seeds
• Customized or personalized containers
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team via email or phone
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
• Pack items securely in original packaging
• Ship the items to our designated return address

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged during shipping). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
• Bank processing times may add 5-10 additional business days

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing and availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
• You may be asked to return the damaged item or dispose of it

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
